About Victoria Morley
I joined the Elders Council as Executive Officer to support and empower older people in Newcastle. Previously, I worked in the Executive Office at Newcastle University, where I learned a lot about how the city works and how decisions shape our communities.

My background is in community work, wellbeing projects, and lifelong learning. I love bringing people together, listening to ideas, and turning them into real action to help create an age-friendly Newcastle.

I live in the North East with my three children and, outside of work, I enjoy writing, performing spoken word poetry, and exploring creative expression, art and culture, and design and innovation. I believe that creativity and lifelong learning are powerful tools for personal and community growth.
